Welcome to my site about Philips Juicers. I own one of these wonderful centrifugal juicers, along with a twin-gear masticating juicer. They are very different machines. The Philips is lighter, far faster to work with and easier and quicker to clean. The masticating juicer produces higher quality vegetable juice but is no good for fruit juices.

Anyhow enjoy the site - I guess you are only here because you are considering buying one of these machines. I chose the 1861 based on price and recommendation from Jason Vale. I haven't regretted my decision.
